I recharged for an ISD pack of 501/- using MyJio app. The first time, it showed in the app that the payment did not go through and hence the recharge did not happen. So, I did it a second time and it got successful. But the amount was debited twice from my Account. So for the same recharge amount got debited twice. So on the whole 1002/- was deducted. I want 501/- to be refunded. I reached out to the customer care of Jio requesting a refund, they said they don’t have the provision of refunding and was being very rude. Please help.
