Hi Team , On 22 april 2022 i tried recharging my mobile from prepaid to post paid ,but the recharge failed.I have tried it 2 times. Both times it failed .but the amount of 706.82 has been debited from my account 2 times.please find attached my bank statement for reference showing that amount has been debited from my account.I called bank and they confirmed that from their side amount has been sent.i called jio fiber and they asked me to send mail to jio fiber customer care.
I have sent the detail as below .
I got a reply saying this below
“I understand your concern your amount debited but recharge failed for JioFiber connection.
I apologize for the inconvenience that you are facing.
Thank you for providing the required details.
I have captured all the details provided by you.
Please be rest assured your issue will be resolved at the earliest.
We appreciate your patience and understanding.”
The above message i got on 13 -jun-2022. After that there is no action .
I have provided all the details which i can provide . Even my bank account statement i have provided . But still why its taking so long to process refund ?
