I bought electric items from Anand electronics & paid bill by Phonepe on 11th Feb 2022. Amount got debited from my account but he did not receive payment. I made complaints with PhonePay many times ( ) . But I did nit receive my amount back neither credited to other party.
Please help me to get my amount back
