I have made a deposit on 15th October, 2024 at 17:28 IST of amount 25000 INR. Initially the transaction was successful from my side but they told we didn’t received the amount and wait for few hours. After 10 days they told that we didn’t received your funds so please contact with your bank. Then I have contacted my bank and they told the transaction is successful from our side and there is no issue or problem from our side and please contact the receiver’s bank. But the thing is I can’t contact the receiver bank as I have made payment through dafabet. Then I decided to go to RBI and filed a ombudsman and recently I came to know that the amount has been received by payment partner on the very next day of the transaction and even the receivers bank aslo accepted and showed the amount has been received by them. But till now also the dafabet is saying we didn’t received any funds. I have every single proof and evidences to claim my issue.
