I have recharged my Airtel mobile number- 9627618869 with Rs. 399/- by using Debit Card through www.airtel.in website on 14.01.2019 Balance was debited from my account but recharge was not done.
I have received a confirmation message from airtel bank with reference txr ID- 190114229473 and another message of recharge initiative of Rs. 399/- reference ID- 190114357384.
Required details are as under-
1. Airtel Mobile No.- 9627618869
2. Recharge- 399/- on 14.01.2019
3. Bank Transaction ID-901422549885
please look into the matter and arrange to refund the amount immidiately.
