Today at 13 August 9:40 am I tried to deposit Rs 1900 and the money got deducted from my bank account but it was not credited into my 1 win account. I had talked with a customer care on live chat but he said he cannot fix it and asked me to contact on Gmail. It has been more than 5 hours now but it hasn’t been fixed yet.
