I have deposited 100$ through UPI “Pay TM” in the Quotex account, Where the amount has been debited from my account but the transaction is showing failed in the transaction list of Qotex.
Even not getting a satisfactory answer from the Quotex team, It has been 6 days wherein I am only getting assurance from the grievance team over chat but no resolution,
I am not able to understand at all, as Quptex is a such big brand, is it such a big task for the financial team to find a transaction in the merchant account and do my deposit amount settled wherein all the required details I have already submitted along with proof of evidence.
