(Mob :-982864443), a consumer of your Airtel.
On 04/06/2020, I’m trying to add money in my Airtel wallet on Airtel thanks app and I’m tried twice to add money in wallet but both times I am unable to add in it and my account was debited both times.
Transactions were made for rs.574 and rs.578 and after raised complaint no. Of times there is irresponsible answer given to me as I share my transaction details and also share my problem to paytm payment bank but they said the same that we paid the amount from your site to desire location but I don’t got that amount in my Airtel wallet .
After more that 5 working days , they both point out on each other and my problem is still not solve please help me in it.
