Message from ICICI Bank Customer care

Dear Mr.Keen,

We understand your concern.

We would like to inform you that your bill payment of Rs.399.00 and Rs.399.00 on dated October 16,2020 towards biller has been debited successfully from your Savings Account XXXXXXXX8071 vide Payment ID:2099671544,2099674635; Consumer Code:9104758225,9104758225; Bill Reference Information:RECHARGE-0120-,RECHARGE-0120.

Hence, we request you to coordinate with the merchant to know the status of your funds.

If the payment was not received by the merchant, we request you to get a written email confirmation from merchant which is dated beyond 7 days from the date of transaction. It should state that, they did not received the funds with respect to the below mentioned details. This will help us to raise a dispute against the transaction.
