Phone call came to mobile no. 8583047971 from 7852930525 on 26.06.2020 at 03.43 p.m. and asked that an amount of Rs.149/- recharge have initiated but the same was unsuccessful and the amount will be refunded to you. After that he ask to download (team viewer quick support) QS App then ask for QS ID then ask to accept it after that asked to download Airtel thanks App. After that asked for Debit card no. for Rs.10/- transaction for recharge after that amount of Rs.9999/-, Rs.9999/- and Rs1499/- debited from the bank account (the details statement of bank account is enclosed)
In this context, please note that the said amount of Rs.149/- recharge initiated on 25.05.2020 through SBI Net Banking Ref No. IGAIRCAL03 from different bank account but the same have not been refunded till date even after number of mails and complains over IVR.
Further to the above fact also please note that the above mentioned phone no. 8583047971 is registered in the name of Deb Kumar Das and linked to the Bank account of Debanjan Das.
You are requested to investigate the same and refund the amount to the bank account details as mentioned in the annexed statement.
