Dear Sir/Madam,
I did recharge of Rs 399 (Transaction Id 200717782001) on my airtel no 7319183201 on 17/07/2020 through Airtel thank app. The amount was debited from my account but recharge is not done.
I am unable to contact customer care, kindly look into it and initiate the refund process ASAP.
