Hi this is Sushma Reddy
I’m using cred app, this month I made a credit card payment of RBL Credit card on 8th August sum of 21906 rupees, amount has been deducted from my account, payment not reflected till the next day also, showed payment failed if amount debited it will get credited in 5-7 working days but till now it’s not yet credited to my account.
9th August was my due date to save from penalty I made credit card payment through phone pay again then the payment done immediately and I got message from rbl that payment done,
Please resolve my issue as soon as possible…

I got the same problem. Did you get that money back from Cred ?
