Dear Sir/Ma’am,
I want to raise a complaint regarding one of the UPI transaction I have made from PhonePe app on 19-Jun-2021 of amount ₹1437. The amount is debited from my account but the beneficiary (PineLabs) is saying that it is not credited to their account. I have attached my bank statement and the Phone Pe screenshot.
Below is the transaction details –
Transaction amount – ₹1437
Transaction time – 19-06-2021 13:21
UTR No – 117070236697
I have already raised this issue with Beneficiary but they are asking for written confirmation from HDFC Bank on mail to plutus.support@pinelabs.com for investigating this issue.
Please request you to help me on this and provide us confirmation whether the amount is credited to the beneficiary bank account or not.
