I have submitted college fees of my daughter Rs11778.the amount was deducted from my account on 3Feb2024, and showing transaction successfull but still fees hang on.the amount did not reached to its destination. i contacted to many customer cares, faculty,account incharge of college, bank from which payment is made(hdfc bank),and also contacted from customer care of google pay .but i cant found any conclusion.kindly help me to refund the amount as soon as possible.
