Dear Tata Sky higher Authorities,
This is very unfortunate that I am holding the “TATA SKY” for the last 5 yrs and very unfortunate your officers/nodal officers are so careless and don’t care about the name of “TATA”. I have recharged Rs 1000 on 23rd December and didn’t get the failure transaction but at the same time didn’t recharge so I have made the complaint on 26th December regarding the same that money has deducted from my credit card for which I have provided the snapshot of bank statement but they do not agree to accept the bank statement and asking about the transaction id which was not generated at all (I have checked on TATA SKY website after login). It is very frustrating that they are not interested to return my money even though I have sent the proof (credit card statement snapshot).
This is very unfortunate that you don’t have a system where you can see the transaction of my amount for which I have sent the details.
Pls return my money and look into it for inefficient staff/system.
