On 13/01/2023 I have made a payment of Rs.2000 through phonpe but payment shows as successful but amount not reached at merchant account. On 28/02/2023 I have made another payment of Rs. 10000 through phonpe same was showed as failed but balance deducted from my account but till date above mentioned amounts are not re credited in my account. In this regard I have approached to the phonpe authority in several times but till date they nothing has been done.
