I placed the order on the meesho app from savings account and the payment made from debit card no ending with 9997 of Rs. 845. The order nor showing in my meesho order list neither amount reflected back in the source account. I have attached the transaction history showing all the details.
I have requested calls from customer care few times, they said you will receive the amount back in 7-10 working days and the deadline was 28.03.2023. But the amount did not reflected back as of now.
Kindly look into the matter asap as its pending from 17 days.
