I have ordered from Jio Mart on 15th August,2020. The amount has been debited from my account while in Jio Mart app Page the order is showing as “declined”. I have tried calling customer care support so many times but none of the times the call got connected. They are so unresponsive that they don’t even mail back with a proper solution. This wasn’t expected from such a brand.
