Hi Team,
I have performed UPI payment Rs.2242 two times(Total Rs.4484) for electricity bill payment, the money debited from account and it is credited into merchant account. But the payment gateway page leads to error page and electricity board shows bill amount is pending. The merchant account is ICICI and maintained by Swipewire. When I checked with my bank they told that amount is credited into beneficiary account and they have given below details in mail.
Your transaction of Rs 2242 from ICICI Bank was successfully credited to the beneficiary ICICIMerchantServices account XXXXXXXXIPAY on 13/05/2022 15:00:38 with RRN 213326701253. In case the beneficiary has not received the amount, then please share the reference number with the beneficiary, to check with their bank.
