I raised a complaint on my respective bank regarding I made a transaction on 29/12/2022 to Greater Chennai Corporation through Googlepay. The amount of 16,476 has been debited from my account.
I got a reply like “Goods and Service provided to customer” from ICICI side. But still my bill has not been paid yet or otherwise I didn’t get any refund too for this transaction. Now they added me a penalty for not paying the bill
Therefore please understand my problem and try to resolve it.
