I have done a transaction, which should be reached to my college account but the amount is reached to pasfar technologies pvt Ltd. In my transaction history. I have done transaction on 18 Jan . Today is 24 Jan . Still I didn’t get refund.
I have contacted to college financial team they are saying they haven’t received any payment.
Can you tell how exactly you made the payment. Was it through your college website, if yes please provide your college website link. Or did you add your college Bank account as beneficiary and make the payment?
