Text of Complaint by Reetu:

On 29 August 2023 I placed an order through blinkit app of rupees 367. The payment mode was UPI, amount was debited but the order never got placed. When talked to the customer support chat group every day a new person was assigned and according to one the payment wasn’t completed at our end (for which i do have transaction slip). The next day when contacted again they said that the debited amount will be credited back in 3-5 business days, it has been more than 15 days now and there is no action or help from the blinkit support team. It wasn’t the first time i was making the order that day but surely was my last. I would appreciate a fast solution to this issue.
