Am one of the customer in airtel india.today i used airtel thanks app to recharge my airtel balance. by UPI transfer Rs 149.00 debited from a/c **9564 on 06-08-2020 to VPA airtelin.rzp@icici(UPI Ref No 021928268902). time 1.16pm. but the recharging process is not done. am also disapointed now. then i recharged again from another account paytm platform Rs 149 time 1.56pm
that was done. i want refund now dear sir/madam. or i will appeal on the court.
