Dear Sir, I recharged using the Airtel APP to the mobile No: 9810965153, for an amount of Rs.558 on 31.04.2020
The amount the debited from my account and reflected in the bank account . The mobile No. is not recharged.
I called the Airtel customer call, and they replied, the amount will be refunded within 7 days. I called the Airtel customer care and complaint 2 times regarding the refund of Rs.558
But upto now the amount is not refunded. I request you to take necessary steps for the same. Call to my mobile No: 9810965153 (Shakeel Ahmed) for clarification.
