Dear Sir,
With heavy heart, circumstances have compelled me to seek your intervention regarding lethargic attitude and working of certain employees in your organization. The detail is appended below:
On 10th May 2021 amount of Rs. 500 transferred from my Paytm wallet mobile No. 9888629806 dated 10/05/21 to mobile No. 9417008152 ( Air Force Officers institute, Chandigarh) transfer ID No. 33970468194, but this amount credited to A/c No 9417008152 (Same Mob. number) which is in the name of Surinder Kaur which was linked to paytm but the amount was intended to transfer to Air Force Officers Institute. Surinder Kaur, having same mobile no 9417008152 which is still linked to paytm wallet.
I came to know, after making payment, from the Air Force Officers Institute that they are using the mobile no 9417008152 for more than a year. This wrong transaction happened due to not de linking of Paytm of Surinder Kaur by Paytm team. This matter is already discussed with Mr. Amandeep Sharma on his mobile no 7837087475 repeatedly on numerous occasions, but keeps on delaying it the reason for not taking action is best known to him.
Please take it as a feed back to improve the style of working of the employees so that image of your highly respected and reputated company should not be tarnished.
