On 4th December i transfered 5000 Rs to CoinSwitch(BitCipher LLP) account through IMPS and the amount was deducted and dows’t credit in their account. After that they have told me that the amount does’t credit in our account and the desire account will refund in your account in 7-10 working days. It’s more than 10 working days and the amount does’t refund in my account/wallet. I chat & talk to their 50+ agents but there are still saying to wait and making excuses to wait 2-3 more working days, just transfering chat but does’t refund my amount.
