A sum of 5500.99 was credited to my SBI account to my knowledge with my consent by Hero Rupee. I had just entered my personal details to check my loan eligibity amount . I had not requested any amount from them. i installed the app and to my suprise i found that a loan amount of Rs 10000 has been issued in my name. which i had not asked for. Also there is not contact details or customer support personnel available. This is a case of cyber crime fraud and harassment. please look into this on urgent matter
