Dear Sir/Madam,
I have ordered Poco M3 mobile through credit card but it was reversed due to some reason. Then following message received on whats app on next day saying that your amount for said order was reversed and make payment on following given Bandhan Bank Account of Amazon. Hence, i have made payment of Rs.8319/- to that Amazon Bandhan Bank Account. But till after 7 days, the ordered product is still not received.
Accordingly, it if found that with the malafide intention, Amazon has done fraud with me by taking amount but not delivered the product.
Request you to look into and provide me justice by way of refund the amount.
