Text of Complaint by K.SUDERSAN RAO:

I, KATIKANENI SUDARSHAN RAO S/O K.HANUMATHA RAO on 27-04-2023 booked flight tickets from hyderabad to Kashmir through spicejet airlines with ticket charges Rs.12,972/- . I have paid Rs.12,972/- through phone pay and the said transaction got failed , I have received message saying that the amount has been deducted from my account. Again I tried for booking flight ticket , paid Rs.12,972/- this transaction also got failed and also recievd message from bank for the deduction, immediately i called to customer care of spicejet airlines and intimated the above said failed transactions while booking the flight ticket and logged a complaint through mail to spicejet airlines [email protected], and they replied “As checked, your case has already been escalated to our concerned department, and our team is working on your case to resolve the concern as soon as possible. We will share the update soon. Your patience in this regard will be highly appreciated.” after many requests they refunded only one failure transaction amount of Rs.12,972/-. The second failure transaction amount till now not received or refunded to me. Hence iam complaining against Spicejet Airlines. Kindly do the needful to me.
