My mobile no is 822066018 been using that for so long today morning I took the SIM from its slot and put it in slot of the new Nokia 6.1mobile it showed me no mobile connection if another SIM put in the same slot it’s working I then went to your Airtel direct company office opposite to VOC grounds Palyamkottai,Tirunelveli they said the SIM can be replaced but at a cost of Rs25 and also it will be activated after 7 Hours and also SMS blocked for 2 days.
I paid and asked for receipt they said it can’t be given whereas the same type of problem happened to me earlier in chennai where I went to Vadapalani Airtel office and got it replaced they never charged me anything
I am really shocked deeply traumatised why this discrepancy within Airtel in two different places.Please go through this matter and clarify and I been a customer of Airtel since it’s inception
