My Self travelled from Secunderabad to RGAI , Hyderabad thru Ola CRN No 6922792848 on 14th Dec 22 . That time in middile of the way driver asking amount because diesel I have paid the amount to him as well the same was debited from my Ola Money account.
I have lodged complaint with Ola Cab vide Ticket 356462468 and get resolution from OLA and they have confirmed that amount will refunded in next 10 working days and collected my bank details thru email on 2nd Jan 2023 . After that still I have not received my refund every time they have responding to my complaint and saying that in next 10 days will refunded .
But 2 months completed still have not received my refund now they are not responding to my complaints also
