Respected sir,
Today i ordered speira k5 mobile through bookmyphone. order id:2735532492. and also paid rs. 4499/- after If i got a payment successful sms from them. But in which delivery date not mentioned. Then I search customer care number in their site. But there is no number . After I collected from Google. Mob: 7980799694. I called them. Then they told us that they no option for refund. They asked my paytm and other paytm details. I have my wife paytm details. They want me some link to me and asked to resent to them. I did the same. But there is only 2 Rs balance. So they asked another bank details . I don’t have to them. Then they disconnected my call. Please do the needful for getting my money..please
