Text of Complaint by Angel:

I recharged my account on 30th August for an amount of RPS.278. My account remained in de-active state for two days for no reason.
On third I contacted your customer service through chat they tried to reactivate my account which didn’t work.
They suggested a technician visit and shared time slot and date to select.
I got slot for next day which apparently Sunday.
Technician visited my place and took a no. and activated my account from backend(p.s: Technician visited just take that no. and get my account activated from backend)
After 1 hour I received a call from your team and he informed that I would be charge for technician visit for RPS. 175.
At first place I was not inform if this technician visit is chargeable or for free of cost.
Without even letting me know they asked me select date and time for the visit.
No technical work was and they informed about the charges.
On my query your agent asked me to wait untill I get my query resolved
For two days my account is in active state.
Third day my account is de-active again with low balance message.
On enquiry I came to know that I been charged for the technician visit.
Without my knowledge everything was done.
Secondly, I don’t understand how the amount has been deducted.
I recharged for 278 RPS and I was charged 175 RPS for the visit and balance shows RPS 6.54 what kind of maths you applied I don’t get it.
I need a refund ASAP.
This is literally frustrating…you are fooling your customers and charging unnecessarily.
Please someone contact me and get this resolved soon.
