respected sir ,

This is isn’t the first time it’s being happening like this

But almost two in a row in a span of few days

I have received a message being told that I have downloaded and being charged for that,inspite of no downloads made by me

The amount has being deducted without my knowledge and presence of whatsoever

Please look in to the matter , as it’s happening quite regularly
