I have been taken loan on around 23rd march 2020 that i was need to repay total of 3026Rs that included everything processing fees, interest etc but due to sudden lockdown in the country, i was paid it off in may partial payment of 1026Rs after receiving emails from company where they requested and suggested to pay 20% to 30% of your amount. I have attached that proof of emails as well. Even the indian govt already announced moratorium on loans for 3 to 6 months period.
And then i repaid remaining amount of 2000Rs on 19th oct 2020 after receiving calls from their company executive and even executive provide me the link to repaid remaining 2000Rs and then loan closed.
I have attached the screen shot of both payments.
Even successful payment of loan they still not closed that loan and showing a overdue periods of more than 500 days even i paid it off and finalized in Oct 2020.
Now keep receiving whatsapp sms after every one month on my number and asked me to repay 1496 Rs as overdues charges and overdues days 537 days.
Now receiving whatsapp sms from the number 7836925216 and asked me to paid off that extra loan amount as interest. And uaing abusive and hard language. Also threatened me to diaclose my personal info and contact to your relations contacts that they already stored by that compnay.
You could verify that from the attached screenshot of payment that i have already made the payment but receiving non sense and unauthorized way to collection of money that already paid off.
Request you to please take necessary action against this entity Money click even i dont know this was registered NBFSc bank units and even they provide a loan of just 7 days duration and on repayment of 3026Rs they just transffered around 2000 Rs of money.
Please take action against the human that harassing me on whatsapp through number 7836925216.
