I am Puja Gupta. My Jio Number is 8209054363. I am very disappointed from Jio Customer Service. There is no any option to contact customer execute of jio team. Only you can write email but how many email can write the person.
I have done recharge from paytm of 399 rs .If i am doing postpaid recharge its doing submit the bill paytm but in actually every time i recharge from postpaid number. My amount is adding in outstanding amount. Please see attached sceenshot. If bill is not genrated then how everytime amount is paid. Its wrong. How can submit the bill if any bill is not due.
I worte so many email to JIO but every time they respond in email they will adjust my amount in future bill ,evenif my bill is generate only for 10-20 rs ..every time i have to done recharge not pay the bill payment.
I have done 3 recharges one is on 9 0ct of 399 rs from paytm. other 2 recharges on 10 oct of 399 and 99rs respectively. I also wrote please refund my amount in my jio monry so i can recharge my number.
