Text of Complaint by Supratik pyne:

I am an account holder at your branch Account no:-34033333712.I used my debit card on 13/10/2018 to withdraw 2000 rupees.I didnot get the money instead an amount of 4000 rupees is debited from my account.Next day another 2000 rupees is also debited from my account which i didnot do the transaction.I went to the bank and try to call every where but nobody help me.So lastly i registered a complain (complain no:-962472)at national consumer forum to get my back.they have taken my mail and advised me to send a mail to you to resolve my problem.
I wish you could get back my money as soon as possible.
