Manya Bora BTech (CSE) Enrolment No A2305221107, took admission on 03/09/2021 at Amity Noida by Paying 2.02 Lakh .
On 30/10/2021, She applied for withdrawal thru Amizone ( Microsite) vide 3095518 & Form No 9125340.
UGC letter D.O.No. F.1-1/2021(Secy) dated 16/7/21 and AiCTE order dated 25/10/2021 made it mandatory to refund full amount after deducting Rs 1000 , due to corona pandemic.
Despite several letter to Amity , UGC and AICTE …only 20 K is refunded
Pl find enclosed the AICTE letter , Withdrawal request .
Pl look into the matter and hoping to hear from you soon ob the matter as we are middle class family and 1.82 L is substantial amount .
