Myself Mr.Zalak Shah.
My complain regarding to American Express India company….I took American express Gold card as per they offer me in 2016..It is charge card & annually 4000 fees..
I regularly used card & genuinely pay all amounts before due date…In January 2019 , I dropped cheque of my payment at one Dropbox but company not received..
My cheque misplaced from Dropbox.. so payment overdue..& I paid some part of payment emergency as par talked with coustomer care..
Company blocked my card on temporary base…& by communication with coustomer care they said first complete full payment then immediately card will activate..As per they talked I paid full payment including late charge, interest etc via NEFT in 1 slot in March 2019 before new statement generate. but still they don’t activate my card & again after so many calling & mail they said card is permanently cancelled..they cheated me…still they not updated my payment in Cibil..it’s shows Rs.90030 outstanding…I am very much disappointed by worst service of American Express company…After full payment they cancelled my card & not even update in cibil also..
Pls take a strict action against this American Express which is big fraud company…
I have all proofs , statements, coustomer care communication., whatts app chat of Miss Vidhya (Amex worker)..
