My IFB microwave oven’s control board becomes faulty right after the warranty period was over. IFB service man replaced it for a cost and he sold me the AMC saying all the cost will be covered in the future for similar issues. The same issue happened again after a few months and another IFB service man replaced the part. As per the contract note, all parts and service fees are covered. But the service person told me this control board is not covered and I had to pay him the cost of the part and service fee.
Immediately I received a message saying my ticket is canceled. So I contacted IFB customer care and they were not responding to my query and not escalating this issue. I feel like IFB company is aware of this scam and they are with scammers.
