Have been requested by Ms.Bhavani from Country Club Hyderabad and agreed upon to make a payment of ₹15000 towards the AMC dues pending which will be a full and final lumsum payment and no more charges will be demanded further from me towards AMC ( Annual maintenance charges).
These charges however are credited on my line account as payment towards AMC only for two years. I have started receiving calls for payment of AMC again.
I have recorded phone call conversations which clearly shows the agreement between me and Ms.Bhavani a representative of country club to provide me the following :
- – Total AMC dues clearance till 2042
- Food Vouchers of denomination of ₹3500 ( have received worth ₹1000 only so far)
- Adjustment of non active holidays till 2042 for non expiry and staying active.
None of the above is reflecting in my online account of country club.
I also can provide the payment proof in my bank passbook/ statement for ₹15000 collected from me and paid to country club.
Have also urged Ms.Bhavani to refund the amount of ₹15000 paid by me towards AMC if the above conditions are not met. As it’s a breach of the mutual agreement on basis of which I decided to make payment.
Kindly assist in this case of being cheated by country club.and have my money refunded back.
