We purchased water purifier few years back. we have been paying amount AMC online but in the earlier AMC the dealers were making more inconvenience in service and changing water filters owing to i bought AMC in online. Then i faced alot of struggle and complaint to you also. After along time it was solved.
In stead of facing that nuisance i paid amount 5350/- to the support technician. while am asking for service i came to know that they are not paying for AMC. That means they are cheating us. we have all the related proof i.e the date of payment and call records of their technician are with us. This type of practice by these person make damage to your brand and also huge inconvenience to the eureka customers. I registered a complaint on 22 Feb 2024 in the customer care with reg ID .
