I ordered ” Halves Amber Walnut ” after watching their ad on Dish TV, the walnut which I had received is completely different, the quality is so poor that I could not get them even for free. And I have lost my Rs. 1000/-as the product is not usable. This is very irritating, maximum walnut are crushed and in the form of powder. I immediately called your customer care department on their given number which is mentioned on your website. They told me that i have to send the photograph and all the details on whats app number +918860338628 & +919810332329 also they told me someone would revert me with my complaint in 48 hours. I waited for 48 hours no one replied me with my complaint . After 48 hours I called them again and every day they all say me the same thing that some one will call you in 24 hours or 48 hours. It is really frustrating and mental harassment from your end to me . I wasn’t expecting this kind of behaviour from such a big and branded company like EZmall.com.
Now I hope after this email I will get assertive response From your end.
