Order number 40636762859735553 was purchadlsed through Amazon .. it was not working after that so many complaints raised so many cals I’m doing to the Amazon customer care , months passed but they all the time answers like raised a ticket waiting for the seller response , so many tickets they’re raised till today , all the time keeping the customer onhold but no solution ,apart from that they are disconnecting the call while talking , every time new employee will connect I should repeat the same story to the different agents ,it becames my job , just because i did a mistake that I purchased a product through Amazon, I purchased that product to drink water safely instead of purchasing everyday water can from the shop , i adjusted amount at a time and purchased but still I’m purchasing water everyday , my money is with Amazon when I raised complaint for refund Amazon people are harassing me without providing the solution in this issue , what should I do , I need my money back ,I don’t need this useless product , please take an action against Amazon’s irresponsibility
