I have done UPI transactions from Amazon pay on 19th of nov 2022 and the order returning to the Amazon becoz of damage issue.thus Amazon initiated refund transaction on 25th of nov 2022 through BHIM UPI for my refund complaint and the delay in the refund amountRs.395. I have received refund amount from Amazon via BHIM UPI refund transaction.But that amount not credited to my bank account.On complaining to Amazon customer care they told me to contact my Bank branch and even after providing the reference Id for both the transaction.on contacting with the bank customer care they are telling that this transaction been done by 3rd party, we can’t help.So please look into this issue and kindly do the needful so I can get the refund back.
