I was order in amazon one product, and one’s the delivery date of product is arrived, then I call amazon delivery executive, I ask the person what time my product will deliver, he was said me sir it will take time, I deliver your product at 1 o’clock, then I ask the person, in my amazon account it was showing my product arrived at 9 AM, then I ask the person, why you said it will arrived at 1 PM so he said me it’s it’s some technical problems sir, we will deliver at 1PM then I said ok no problem.
So after 4 hour of waiting I call agin that person, I ask when you guy arrived I am waiting, time is arrived now it’s 1 : 28 where are you? Again he said me i will arrived at 5 pm in the evening, now then I am anger, I said him you so said again and again I will come soon, they delaying too, so l said to him I complain in amazon, then he said me do whatever you want to do, now i am shook what he said to me how he talk to me so now I need help to solve this, because it’s not good in big company, Amazon is Trustable company, in amazon employees talking like that it’s not good.
