Mobile phone and carpet not delivered. First they say product is getting delayed and the keep us waiting on weekends with cancelling all plans. And at the time of delivery either they say product is returned or verification failed without any proper explanation and now we have struggle to get refunds with open ? eyes. Just ridiculous atleast they should give a proper explanation why it’s getting returned to seller. Now all the offers which are applied are no longer available. I’m not sure if they do it purposefully just to cover their mistake where they allowed customer to buy with more discounts. Now they cover that saying products are getting delivered or delayed etc. And at the end sorry it’s being returned with no proper reason GOD knows why. Such a waste of time buying Phone with exchange offer on Amazon. Complete waste of time be careful with their delivery guys too. They don’t know what they deliver and the moment we say phone they become super active trying to act phishy. They somehoe say verification failed and try to cover up I guess not sure if they try to steal it etc. All in all most defecttive delivery services during these sale dales as most of them parttime they don’t even know what to do not properly trained. Which effects regular customers. I can cry online here mango man what can we do against this gaint. So people are more careful for Sale periods for mobile phones dont fall for their trap.
