I am using pay latter facility and paid the dues for all the months. But, when there is no liability, they have tries to debit my bank account with some amount and the transaction failed. Bank has debited by account Rs.590/= as penal charges. I have the bank account for the last more than 20 years. Never I have penalised not even a single occasions till date. My reputation with the bank is greatly affected. I indent to proceed with your higher ups, RBI ombudsman, consumer forum.
