I have purchase the mobile Techno spark from amazon to gift my dad, The purchase was on No cost Emi of amazon pay icici credit card,Amazon team was unable to delivered the mobile in given time, they take the extra time, 2 time they has taken the extra time and finally they have cancelled the product, I was calling daily to customer care regarding this saying that plseee clear the bank amount otherwise they will trouble me to pay the amount, From amazon daily new executive was taking to me and saying me that nothing will happen ,bank will not trouble you, and finally bank has taken me late fees charge of Rs 590 for not paying the emi which I have not taken also, After that I have again call the customers care but this time the rply was fully opposite which was given earlier, It was fault of amazon team and bank is charging me. They have affected my cibil also.so I want to complaints against the amazon team.
