Hello,

Amazon scheduled a pick up for a return items, because I live in a remote where there are no places to take returns. They scheduled for UPS to pick up the return. The UPS driver picked up the the wrong item an returned it to the Ashland, VA hub. They located the laptop and I was told that they would return it. That was on 12/27/2023. I waited to receive a confirmation email / tracking number and I received nothing. So now the games begin.

I called back and they told me that they would put in a ticket to have them investigate why I have not received the laptop and to give them 2 weeks. I wait again and call back and they told me the same thing. “WAIT”

Well it is 05/2024 and I still have not received my grandson’s laptop. They sent the driver and in the system it says that they did not send for pickup. But, yet your tell me that it was returned.

I called a couple of days ago to ask for the tracking number and they gave me a fake tracking number. To top this all off they told me that the conversations / notes are no longer available. I know working for a company that does not keep everything available after a couple years they archive the information, but it can be found in case it is needed for something.

Since I was told that they would be sending the laptop back, they should have sent it back and stop all of the games playing,

For 2 years I have been told to wait. At this point what am I waiting for??? I sent them the receipt for the laptop that was fairly new, so they know that it was a customized laptop worth over $3,600.

All I asked for recently was a Amazon Gift Card for the amount of the stolen laptop. I want to buy my grandson another laptop.

I hope that you / anyone can help me.
I called the BBB and they opened a case and they responded once to them and now they are not responding to them either.

I am going to call the FTC tomorrow and whoever else that can possible help me.
